Day Pass

  1. How do I utilise my pass after I have purchased it?
    After you have made the purchase, a confirmation email with the Day Pass details will be sent to you. Our team will also be in touch with you to confirm the date(s) and location of your visit
  2. Which location can I use my Day Pass for?
    Day Passes can be used at The Great Room, Gaysorn Tower, Thailand. Unit A, Level 25 & 26, Gaysorn Tower, 127 Ratchadamri Road Lumpini, Pathumwan Bangkok 10330 View it on Google Maps
  3. How do I transfer my purchase? 
    To transfer your purchased Day Pass, please email our Concierge team 24 hours in advance of date of use to gaysorntower@thegreatroom.co, with the following information:

  4. How do I check when my Day Pass expires? 
    Day Passes are valid for 2 months, starting from the next day of purchase. We will reach out to after purchase to confirm the expiry date with you
  5. I need a Day Pass at the last minute. Where can I purchase one? 
    Please call us directly at 02 073 0222 if you'd like access for the same day of inquiry. We'd be delighted to assist you
  6. Can I use my Day Pass on a weekend or a public holiday? 
    Unfortunately, Day Passes are only valid on weekdays from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Should you require a space on a weekend or a public holiday, kindly email your enquiry to gaysorntower@thegreatroom.co and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

Virtual Office

  1. What is The Great Room Virtual Office?
    The Great Room, Gaysorn Tower Virtual Office membership gets you everything but the physical office. As a Virtual Office member in this location, you can access our space 5 days per month and on those days, the access includes communal areas, phone booths, and meeting rooms at member rates
  2. Can Virtual Office clients use the address to register their company?
    The Thai Revenue Department requires businesses to occupy a physical space in order to fully register their company (DBD & VAT Registration). Our Virtual Office Membership only allows for a business address for your website and marketing collaterals, and mail handling services. If you'd like to register your company with a Dedicated Office in The Great Room, Thailand, please contact us directly at:

  3. Can Virtual Office clients access other The Great Room locations?
    Unfortunately, a Virtual Office membership can only be used at The Great Room, Gaysorn Tower (Thailand) only
  4. What are the costs involved in a Virtual Office? Are there any hidden costs?
    There are no hidden costs, only one fixed cost of your monthly Virtual Office membership fee. For additional services, The Great Room charges per usage and will communicate this to you before proceeding
  5. Is a security deposit required for a Virtual Office?
    Yes, a 2-month Security Deposit is required
  6. How long is my Virtual Office contract commitment? 
    Minimum 3-month agreement, paid upfront, 2-month Security Deposit and a 1-month Membership Fee
  7. What do I need to submit when signing up for a Virtual Office?
    For personal, valid identification documents with a photo or a passport and your full name. For companies, a company registration document (less than 3 months old) must also be provided. A list of required documentation will be given at time of signing up.
